20 Reps Each.
1 Min Rest After All 4 Moves.
3 Total Rounds.
These will be performed in a 'Circuit' fashion which means each exercise back to back with minimal rest. Repeat for rounds.
*Example: 15 Reps each exercise.
Rest 1 min after all 4 exercises are done.
Repeat for 3 total rounds.
